[Psychosocial risk factors and substance abuse in adolescents].

چکیده
Zloupotreba psihoaktivnih supstancija, kao i bolesti zavisnosti koje nastaju progresijom ovog poremećaja, čine značajne probleme za celu društvenu zajednicu zbog oštećenja fizičkog i mentalnog zdravlja obolelih, kao i socio-ekonomskih problema za njihovo neposredno okruženje. Skoriji podaci, koji pokazuju raširenost problema zloupotrebe psihoaktivnih supstancija kod mladih u Srbiji, govore da bar svaki trideseti srednjoškolac iz gradske sredine redovno uzima neku psihoaktivnu supstanciju . Među svim dijagnostikovanim novoobolelim od sindroma zavisnosti od psihoaktivnih supstancija kod nas jednu petinu čini populacija učenika i studenata . Pušenje cigareta je najrašireniji oblik ponašanja rizičnog po zdravlje, koje je često udruženo sa zloupotrebom alkohola i drugih psihoaktivnih supstancija kod istog adolescenta i u njegovom društvu . Faktore rizika zloupotrebe psihoaktivnih supstancija, kao pojave koja je multifaktorski uslovljena, predstavljaju individualni faktori razvrstani kao: kognitivni (uverenja i stavovi), faktori rizičnog ponašanja i faktori ličnosti (emocionalni i voljni aspekti). Osim individualnih fakora koji determinišu pojavu zloupotebe supstancija kod mladih, koji su u središtu naučnog interesa već duže vreme, sve aktuelnije je izučavanje uticaja psihosocijalnih faktora prisutnih u porodici, vršnjačkoj grupi i školskoj sredini 6, .
